Do you combine shipping?
I do. I charge exact shipping costs that I pay plus any packaging used. I use Priority Mail free envelopes and boxes when possible. Anything under 13 oz is shipped USPS First Class. You can email me for an adjusted invoice showing actual shipping charges, or I can send it to you as a refund. I show charges on shipping labels. On large pkgs I sometimes use UPS if they have a competitive price.

How fast do you ship?
1 to 2 days after receiving payment. I mail most things from home, and if I get an order in time to make that day's mail pickup, I'll mail it the same day. If not, it will be mailed the next pickup day. If for some unknown reason this isn't possible, I'll send you an email explaining why it's taking longer.

Do you do refunds?
I do. I encourage you if buying clothing items to use a tape measure to make sure it'll fit. I try to be as thorough with the measurements and descriptions as possible and will be glad to answer any questions. Hopefully that will eliminate the necessity to mail things back and forth, can get expensive. If you're not happy once you receive the item you can mail the item back to me and I'll refund the purchase price.
