We ship within 2 days of receiving payment. We contact the buyer by email within 24 hrs. of receiving an order. If shipping should take longer, we'll email a notification with an explanation. If anything shipped can be damaged in transit, we insure it.
Return Policy: We accept returns that are in the same condition they left us. Please return the item within 7 days of receiving it. Buyer is responsible for paying shipping charges back to us unless item is not as described. Please make sure that clothes fit before you buy. We make every effort to describe items fully, with measurements and if you have any questions about an item, please email us at jatafabric@earthlink.net before you buy. We want everyone to have a pleasant buying experience with as few returns as possible. But if something doesn't fit, we will refund your money if you mail it back to us within 7 days.
